1. Once you add items to your box, you can’t remove it. (If you pick the wrong item during live stream, just tell the host or assistant)

2. Deposit is non-refundable in any situation.
3. Only join if you really want the item. Please make sure you can pay full within 5 days. We can hold your order for max 5 days only (talk to host if you have special reasons). After 5 days, your unpaid items will be remove.
4. Custom products need a separate deposit, and we can hold your order until your custom item is ready.
